I love hello Kitty, she is so cute and girly, so I wanted to embody her for Halloween because I am pretty girly but not PINK sparkly girly. So my costume was a mix of literal reproduction of Kitty and some of my own interpretation. I bought cat ears and pinned a bow to it, but they only had black ears-so I spray painted them white. And the dress I had had a little bow on it and I was carrying Hello Kitty Lollipops with me, so i tucked them in the bow so people who didnt know who I was had a reference point. My makeup was black eyeliner for the whiskers and black anime circles on my eyes, face paint for the nose, urban decay pink sparkle eye shadow, and Jessica Simpson edible body glitter EVERYWHERE else haha.

I am a huge fan of the show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and recently had the opportunity to see the gang perform the episode live. While at the show, I realized that Mac's costume as the nightman has cat eyes, but instead of contacts, his eyelids are painted so that you see them when his eyes are closed. Knowing this, I decided to try the same look at home.

Last Halloween my pal eclaireasuch dressed up as fake Ashley Todd. Her look was daring, impressively scary and a conversation starter all night — especially compared to her counterparts Blair and Serena. The scariest part?

I got my makeup did last year for BellaSugar (check out the awesome how-to video here), it was definitely my most amazing Halloween makeup ever (unless you count my Wicked Witch of the West when I was a wee little thing (pics hopefully to come)). Did I mention, I love my job? Anyway, I hope you enjoy the fruits of MAC's makeup mogul Louise Zizzo's labor — it was definitely fun walking around the office like this!
